1. Welcome to Netigate

Are you new here? Our Customer Success Team will contact you within two business days of your first contract signing to arrange a kick-off meeting.

2. Kick-off

In this one-on-one meeting, we'll start talking about your first project. Our goal is to understand your needs in order to answer all your questions and support you with the relevant academies and tutorials.

3. Let's go

Thanks to the Netigate Academy, you can get started directly in the tool. You are in a hurry? Use our video tutorials. If you have questions about your first project, your onboarding expert from our Customer Success Team will guide you.

4. Check in

Before your first survey is launched, we will answer all your questions in a personal meeting. Here you will receive tips and tricks for a successful start of your first Netigate survey.

5. Done

Your first results have arrived. Thanks to the Netigate Academy, you know exactly how to evaluate them. At this point, your onboarding is complete. Time for feedback! Of course you will receive a survey.

6. Questions

During your time with Netigate, questions will arise now and then. To get a quick and competent response, please contact us directly via support@netigate.de.

7. Inspiration

To keep you up to date, we recommend our Netigate Academy "Insights" as well as our blog articles, eBooks and reports available under the "Resources" tab.

8. Customer Survey

Once a year you will receive our customer survey. This one is slightly bigger than our pulse check after the onboarding and offers you the opportunity to participate in our business development. Your voice matters!

9. Contract Renewal

Netigate has helped you achieve your goals. Perfect! Our Account Executive Team will define with you the commercial conditions for the next year and we are looking forward to a long-term partnership with you.

10. Growing Together
