Netigate recruits former Mynewsdesk executive as Chief Revenue Officer

Netigate is happy to welcome Polly Hussain, experienced SaaS-leader and commercial expert, as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Polly has considerable experience within SaaS and commercial roles, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer at Mynewsdesk.

Polly will lead the Revenue department, including all sales and customer retention functions, including New Acquisition, Account Management, Customer Success, and Customer Support. With her extensive experience of value-based sales and international environments, her recruitment marks yet another strategic move for Netigate.

Polly joins the company in an exciting phase where there is continued high focus on growth. Initially, her key focus will be driving revenue growth and optimising the company’s overall revenue strategy.

Polly joins the leadership team at Netigate at a time of strong focus on growth and expansion. The SaaS company covers the full experience management space, including employee experience, customer experience & market research. Netigate has developed a strong and diversified customer base of over 1500 international brands looking for a highly scalable, secure, and fast feedback solution. Customers include companies such as Nordea, Spotify, Continental, and Vodafone, among others.

Since launching in 2005, the company has grown from an employee and customer journey consultancy into an established SaaS feedback provider with 160 employees across 5 offices in Stockholm (HQ), Oslo, Warsaw, Berlin, and Frankfurt. The current management team, in place since 2021, is focusing on creating a fully scalable SaaS organisation with products ready for further accelerated growth.
